processing benefits. representation AIV provides members with a clear and respected voice to
represent the interests of the industrial and business community as well as
their individual companies before state and national authorities. direct role in policymaking Policy task forces bring members to the table with
administration officials, regulators, and legislators to engage directly in
the legislative and regulatory process. Members also have opportunities to
provide testimony before legislative committees, participate in outreach

offered through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. workers' compensation cost review AIV members can receive a free review and recover
overpayments for workers' compensation with new AIV member Business Advisors
Group/WorkComp. Workers' compensation costs are one of the biggest
burdens for Vermont employers, and this service is an opportunity for AIV
members to have up to seven years of expenses audited and to recover
overpayments. ·

The handbook is $100 for members and $150 for non-members, with free
updates pending the next edition. hazard communication standard
handbook This handbook, which offers explanations of OSHA
regulations and a step-by-step guide for listing hazards in the workplace, is
available to members at a significant discount. It also helps members understand
material safety data sheets, labeling requirements, and much more. It is available to members for $75 and
non-members for $125. |
