Policy task forces bring members to the table with administration officials, regulators, and legislators to engage directly in the legislative and regulatory process. This encyclopedia of information every employer needs to know, including a unique step-by-step guide to creating an employee handbook, is available to members at a significant discount.

 

The latest edition of the popular AIV employer handbook is now available.  If you would like to order a copy or get more information, complete and submit the form below.  The handbook is $100 for members and $150 for non-members, with free updates pending the next edition.

 

The handbook covers the major areas of employment law and other areas of interest to Vermont employers, and also includes a model employee handbook.  Updates for this edition reflect changes in federal overtime rules and Vermont workers' compensation and drug testing laws, among other developments.

 

 

hazard communication standard handbook

 

This handbook, which offers explanations of OSHA regulations and a step-by-step guide for listing hazards in the workplace, is available to members at a significant discount.  It also helps members understand material safety data sheets, labeling requirements, and much more.  It is available to members for $75 and non-members for $125.
