My insurance company just performed an audit. Why do I need your services?

Insurance companies perform an annual audit but the audit is done only to determine the actual payrolls for the past policy year. The auditor, who works for the insurance company, is there to adjust your company's estimated payroll to the actual payroll figures. The auditor is NOT there to locate overcharges.

Do you sell insurance?

No. Workers' compensation review is all we do. We are truly independent in that we have no affiliation with any insurance agency or insurance carrier. We work exclusively for you. We make sure you are not paying more than your fair share.

Why do we need your services when my agent already does that for us?

Insurance agents are paid by the insurance carriers to provide you with a valuable product: a policy that fits your business needs. But an agent sells a whole range of insurance products so that he or she can't possibly be expected to have the time or the resources to review workers' compensation policies. It is virtually impossible for your agent to verify all of the details involved in your premium calculation. Workers' compensation review is all we do.

I don't have time for another project. How much of my time will the review take?

We do all the work. The process requires minimal participation on your part because we know that you have other job responsibilities. So, once all of the policy information is gathered, the review is conducted at our office. If any overcharges are found, we prepare the letters to send to your agent or carrier for your refund.

Yes. Since 1990, we have been reviewing workers' comp policies in over 30 states.
